Terms and Conditions

Blog software: All blog software installations assume the client has or will obtain/purchase proper licensing for blogging software. The prices listed for any work that includes blog software installs do NOT include any fee-based software that the client wants to use. If you provide non-licensed blog software to us for use in our work for you, the risk of liability for use of that software is assumed by the client.

Design terms: All designs include one (1) mock-up and revisions within reason to client's satisfaction. Pricing is for personal websites/blogs only. Commercial rates are available upon request. Please see our design terms for a more complete list of terms and conditions.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for designs, implementation services or tech support. However, under certain circumstances we may may issue a credit.

Pricing: All pricing including introductory specials, contests and other discounts are subject to change without notice. All prices are US dollars.

Discounts: Only one discount can be used at a time. If you qualify for more than one discount, you will be given the "best deal" discount.

File backups: The client assumes all responsibility for all files & templates. While we do our best to keep copies of your files, it is ultimately up to the client to backup all files and templates in case of emergency.

Payment: Our preferred payment method is Paypal. Special arrangements for alternate payment methods may be made on a per case basis prior to services being rendered. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Subcontractors: Upsy Daisy Productions reserves the right to assign work to our subcontrators to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner.

Refusal of service: Upsy Daisy Productions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Link-back and Credit: Any design, production, development or technical support that is provided by Upsy Daisy Productions requires a text link or button that links back to Upsy Daisy Productions.

Project copyrights: Upsy Daisy Productions owns copyright to any finished web project that was created by Upsy Daisy Productions. Rights to graphics, photos, web source code, mock-up files and any designs will remain the property of their respective designers/owners. Upsy Daisy Productions and its subcontractors reserve the right to use any projects created by Upsy Daisy Productions in a portfolio or for self-promotion purposes.
