What's new with me

So, I thought after all of these Upsy Daisy related blog entries that I’ve put up lately, I should post something a little something about what’s been going on with me. As most of you know, Upsy Daisy was on hiatus for a while due to some health issues I was having. My pesky thyroid decided to go all out of wack and I’ve been under the care of an endocrinologist for the last few months or so. Things are slowly getting better and I’m happy to report that I feel much better than I have in a long time.

The other big change for me is that I got a new job. This job actually allows me more time to focus on Upsy Daisy and my client work as I am only working 3 twelve hour shifts a week, with 2 of those shifts being weekend days, every other weekend. What does this mean to you, you ask? It means I will have more time to focus on YOU and the work I am doing for you as I will have more time at home. And I gotta say, so far I am loving the being at home more stuff. Take today for instance. I am home wrapping up my first commercial job and I am in my sweats with an ice cold Diet Pepsi on one side of my notebook and a yummy pumpkin spice flavored candle lit on the other side of my notebook. This is the life I tell ya!

While I’m not quite sure how to update my hours on the contact page, rest assured that I am here more and if you ever need to get a hold of me, you can email me or chat with me or call me via Skype. All of that info is now on the contact page. And if you’ll excuse me, I better get back to work. I’m so excited at all the new changes around here and I hope you are too!

In an effort to combat pesky email spam, I turned to Spam Assassin a while back. Well, it appears Spam Assassin worked a little too well and was deleting mail from my server that wasn’t really spam. So, if you have sent me an email that I have not responded to, please re-send it by using the contact form on the website and I will get back to you ASAP.
